Jason Lee

Chief Financial Officer

A global corporate finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience with start-up and multinational global organizations, Jason is responsible for all finance and administration of Kolmar USA.

He started his career with Doosan Corporation, where he managed the company and affiliates’ finance planning and analysis process in addition to corporate strategic planning for 11 years.

He has actively participated in various projects such as ERP, Balanced Scorecard, Project Management System, M&A and so on.

In 2011, he was transferred to Bobcat Company, affiliate of Doosan in US, and formed a new entity, DSIA, to provide shared services for Bobcat and other affiliates in NA region.

Eventually becoming CFO of DSIA, he established and stabilized corporate finance operation of FP&A, accounting, sourcing and sales in cross-cultural environment as well as implemented financial controls and corporate IT systems

In 2017, he Joined Kolmar Korea Inc., and was assigned as a role of Kolmar USA CFO in 2018.

He holds both a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and an MBA degree from Kyunghee University.

In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, skiing and traveling with his wife, Shannon. They have visited more than 30 countries

Shawnna Giumento

Vice President of Finance and Business Administration

Shawnna graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Accounting and minor in History. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and IFRS Certificate holder. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  She currently sits on the Lackawanna Industrial Fund Enterprises (LIFE) board.  She is very active in her community as a member of the Neighbors & Economy Committee of the Pine Brook Neighborhood Plan and a steward for Little Free Library.

She is an avid reader who enjoys time with her husband and corgis.

Shaun Pasternak

Director of Manufacturing

Shaun is native to NEPA and has worked in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry his entire professional career in various roles.  He specializes in Supply Chain functions including inventory, warehousing, and project management and values a very customer centric approach to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and is a golf and sports enthusiast.  He has additionally studied Classics and views himself as a cinephile.

Christina Godfrey

Director of Operations

Christina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and is currently working on a degree in Accounting. She has spent 20 years of her career overseeing the operations side of cosmetics and personal care manufacturing.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Larry Delaney

Executive Director of Quality

Larry was born in Northeastern Pennsylvania and lived most of his life here. He is a chemist by training. Most of his career was spent working in pervasively regulated industries enforced by FDA (foods, drugs, devices, cosmetics), EPA, DEA, AT&F in various Quality Management roles.

His interests include gardening and any warm weather activity, cars and software development. He has two adult children (son and daughter). One went into law and other medicine.

John Haggerty

IT Director

John is a 25 year IT industry veteran, with a passion for enabling workforce security, efficiency, and continuity. 

Over his career, John recieved numerous corporate awards for work in human factors testing and global IT lab management.

John is originally from Westfield, New Jersey. He now lives in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. John often uses weekends to vacation at the Jersey Shore with his famly and dog, Lucy.

Mason Byers

Senior Manager of Human Resources

Mason was born in Hartford, Connecticut. In 2008, him and his family moved to Pennsylvania. He has been in Human Resources for 10 years and has enjoyed every moment of it. He began his career with Kolmar USA in September of 2013.

He enjoys playing golf, coaching varsity Lacrosse and Hockey for the Wyoming Area School District. His wife and him are parents to three children.

Ian Kang

Vice President

Ian Kang is Vice President at Kolmar USA Innovation and Engineering Group, where he oversees innovation, supply chain strategy, and operational excellence.

He began his career at Amorepacific in 1999 and built over two decades of expertise in global supply chain management. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Vice President of the SCM Management Division, driving efficiency and transformation across the organization.

In 2021, he joined Jeysis Medical as Vice President and Head of the SCM Division, where he strengthened the company’s global supply chain operations and strategic growth until 2024.

Mr. Kang holds a B.S. in Industial Engineering from Korea University and completed the Executive MBA program at Seoul National University in 2017. With this strong academic foundation and extensive industry leadership, he is recognized for delivering innovation, efficiency, and growth across the healthcare and consumer sectors.
