Committed to Knowledge

Here at Kolmar, we take education very seriously. That’s why we participate in many university career fairs around the U.S. Setting up recruitment booths allows us to introduce students to the cosmetics manufacturing industry and share career opportunities within the company.

Committed to Collaboration

We want to bridge the gap between educational theory and industrial practice, fostering closer ties between academia and the business world. We were able to do this by inviting local teachers to participate in factory tours where they were able to: tour our production facilities, learn about our manufacturing processes, and discuss potential collaboration on workforce development.

Committed to Community

Kolmar is dedicated to building a better world and it starts with our local community. We held a food drive for the United Neighborhood Centers Feed A Friend program, which takes place around the holiday season. Members of our team also participated in Adopt A Highway, an organization held by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation that keeps our roads and highways litter free. 

Committed to Support

We strive to spark a meaningful social impact in our community. As part of our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy, we are engaged in supporting non-profit organizations. In 2024, we worked with the Scott Baseball Association. This is an organization that supports local youth sports programs and promotes healthy, active lifestyles among both children and teens. We also worked with the American Cancer Society, an organization dedicated to cancer research, patient support and awareness.
